This weekend, I visited Dyrehaven near Copenhagen to enjoy what might be the last rays of summer sunshine. Copenhagen is such an interesting city, blending modern urban convenience with abundant natural resources. What's surprising is that in just over 20 minutes by train, you can travel from the city center to this natural paradise, truly experiencing the contrast between the bustling city and serene nature.

I’m particularly fond of a restaurant on the edge of Dyrehaven called Peter Lieps Hus (https://www.peterlieps.dk/), but when we went yesterday, it seemed to be fully booked. So, we headed to another restaurant instead—Kilden i Skoven (https://kilden.kirstenpiils.dk/). It’s tucked away deep in the forest, surrounded by lush greenery, almost like a hidden culinary gem in the heart of nature. Whether it’s the cozy atmosphere or the delicious food, the experience was nothing short of delightful.
